Ace food portions at a decent price..no charge for adding beans and a friendly warm vibe. Nice locals who are very very knowledgeable about the local area and village. Well worth checking this place out!
Possibly the friendliest pub I have ever been in, went in to give our glasses back, ended up having to guess the weight of a pumpkin, someone brought me and my partner a drink and we ended up feeling like locals by the time we left :)
Superb local pub. Went for a beer after an 8 mile walk. Pub was clean, tidy, chilled and happy. Service was quick. Beer was kept well. Other customers had a late Sunday roast, which smelt great and looked huge.
